ART.1 : VALIDATION AND TERMS OF THE BOOKING
The stays are guaranteed after reception of a down payment corresponding to
30% of the total amount. The down payment will be cashed upon receipt. The instalment of the down payment means the acceptance of the general terms of sale..
You can settle those down payment :
- On line directly on the site.
- By bank check payable to Madame Nathalie Postec, to attach to the booking form.

ART. 2 : BALANCE OF THE STAY
:
The balance of the stay must be paid one month before your arrival.It can be done on line on the site or by bank check.
ART. 3 : OUR PRICES MEAN ALL INCLUSIVE :
- Unlimited access to the indoor and heated swimming-pool, access shared with the occupiers of the other villa.
- Access to the private spa Jacuzzi on the terrace, heated at 36° from April to Novembre.
- Towel kits : 1 bath sheet, 1 towel and 1 flannel
- Beds made before your arrival
- Baby kit at your disposal.
- TV with satellite.
- Wifi.
- Barbecue, Charcoal.
- Wood stove + 1 portion of wood..
- The local tax is included in the package.
- Books, board games and DVDs are put at your disposal in the house.
- Electricity and water included.
ART. 4 : ARRIVAL TIME :
The villas are available from 4.00pm. In case of an earlier or later arrival contact me by phone or by e-mail.
ART. 5 : DEPARTURE TIME :
The departure time is at the latest at 10.00 am.
Any late departure will lead to the invoicing of an extra overnight stay.
ART. 6 : ANIMALS :
Animals aren’t allowed.
ART. 7 : NUMBER OF PEOPLE
:
The maximum number of people staying in the house is written on the contract, it can’t be higher, except prior agreement from the landlord.
ART. 8 : CHILDREN :
In the villa children are under their parents’ charge. The swimming-pool is not supervised and the children under 12, and / or not being able to swim, aren’t allowed to stay in the swimming-pool area without a parent. The spa is reserved to children over 12. The customer is committed to declare and to take financial responsibility for any damage he could be responsible for.
ART. 9 : OPTIONAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE CLEANING :
Cleaning option at the end of the stay : 80 euros
ART. 10 : CANCELLATION OF THE STAY :
Any cancellation must be notified by a registered letter. Only the date of the receipt is taken into account.
In case of a cancellation by the customer.:
- More than 60 days before the arrival date : the amount of the deposit is kept..
- From 60 to 30 days : 60 % of the renting amount are owed to the landlord..
- Less than 30 days : 100 % of the renting amount are owed to the landlord.
In case of cancellation by les villas MOGUERIEC LOCATIONS :
In the case when les villas MOGUERIEC LOCATIONS couldn’t honor its commitment due to case of absolute necessity, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and refund entirely the amount paid, expelling any other claim from our customers.
ART. 11 : THE ACCESS – SAFETY :
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house. Thanks to respect the smoking area located in the garden and to use the ashtrays put at your disposal.
ART. 12 : SECURITY DEPOSIT
:
A deposit of 800 € is asked at the arrival, it is not cashed, it will be restored the week after your departure after deducting the possible damage or missing. If the deposit is insufficient the customer commits to complete this amount
ART. 13 : OCCUPATION OF THE RENTING
:
The custumer will occupy peacefully the place, he will have to avoid to be too noisy in order not to bother the neighbours..
The renting mustn’t be slot rented even for free without the written agreement from the landlord.
ART. 14 : ACCIDENT :
The landlord gets out of any responsability in case of accident in the swimming-pool, on the terrace, bikes or others.
Children are under their parents’ supervision.
ART. 15 : CANCELLATION :
In case of cancellation, the down payment is definitively kept by MOGUERIEC LOCATIONS.
In case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial amount is fully taken for granted by MOGUERIEC LOCATIONS.
A down payment represents a first instalment on account on a purchase. There is no possible revocation : the consumer or the professional may be condemned to pay damages if he retracts.
ART.16 : GENERAL REMARKS :
The current terms of sale can be modified at any moment without advance notice. The acceptance and the respect of these terms of sale are considered acquired as soon as the instalment of the down payment.
In accordance with the law of January, 6th 1978, you benefit from an access and a correction right to data concerning yourself. MOGUERIEC LOCATIONS commits not to transmit the information you pass on us to other companies or organizations.
