A wide bright lounge/living-room overlooking a terrace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilets and a private and unlimited access to the spa Jacuzzi (6 seats) from April to November.

Upstairs you have :

The spa

Private spa on the terrace (from April to November) heated at 37 degrees for 6 people We put at your disposal as an option : 2 adult bikes, a baby seat, a bike trailer for the little ones.

The swimming-pool

Heated all year at 28°. Its size is 7m * 3m50. The access to the swimming-pool happens through the downstairs bathroom and through the terrace. The entrance of the pool is lockable for children safety. Children stay under the watchful eye of their parents.

Outdoor

A terrace of 30 m2 with an eating area for 8 people, a barbecue Weber, an umbrella, deckchairs. Moreover an enclosed and wooded garden of 100 m2 (Private) A courtyard of 50 m2 (Private) – 2 parking spaces
